The Team
Our driving philosophy as a team is to find the best solution for you
in the coaching alliance. Pulse Coaching comprises of a team of dedicated
and experienced coaches from a variety of backgrounds, and each brings a
particular specialism to the coaching relationship.

- Extensive corporate background and experience, predominantly in
the chemical industry, but also in the financial markets, as well as
consultancy.
- Coaching experience includes previous work with PWC, Police
Information Technology Organisation (PITO), Gooding Aluminium,
Prospects Services, Jongleurs and Connexions.
- Range of coach training experience, with Coach U, Newcastle
College, Newfield Network, and the Academy of Executive Coaching.
- Personal Development coach, Group coach and Lead coach with
Hanover Foundations.

- Qualified lawyer and University lecturer.
- Trained counsellor/ psychotherapist.
- Consultancy experience in employee counselling and
development services
- Formal coach training with The Coaching Academy,
Newcastle College and PPC

- Accredited Mediator for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
- Member of the Society for Existential Analysis and a member of
the BACP.
- Passionate interest in the inter-cultural perspective of the
workplace environment and its associated challenges, having spent
many years working in Russia, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Russian-speaker.
- Experience as a consultant for the European Commission’s
Phare-Tacis Joint Venture Programme, before moving to Arthur
Andersen in Luxembourg City, where he was a project leader within
the business consulting arm concentrating his efforts on
streamlining common processes in the workplace.

- Experience in mediation and coaching with respect
to interdepartmental and individual conflict & dispute resolution.
- Broad background knowledge and experience within
the banking sector, sales and sales promotions, HR, pharmaceuticals,
primary and secondary health care, education, and the voluntary
sector, both in the UK and abroad.
- Extensive academic training in business and
psychotherapy, with qualifications in Group Facilitation and also
Assessment skills.
- Interest in the practical application of
existential and phenomenological principles to everyday issues both
at the organisational and personal levels.
- Professional memberships of UKCP, BACP, SEPI, and
ACA .
