What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful learning approach underpinned by supportive,
non-directive communication and dialogue. Typically, coachees are
challenged, encouraged and empowered to take actions that enable them to
achieve desired goals, be it for life in general or for work. Usually, achieving such goals brings a new-found
sense of confidence that moves into a willingness to take further and
bigger steps towards even greater, more ambitious life and work goals. In this process,
individuals experience a different, more positive attitude and perspective
towards life, themselves and others, thus effecting marked transformations
in their lives.
